Apple financial condition was on the brink of bankruptcy. When Microsoft bailed them out. Blackberry is not at that stage. All they need is a Steve Job kind of a leader. Dismiss TH and pay what cost to get rid of him. Change the BoD. Hire a go getter in charge of marketing and Blackberry will be fine.
