I caught this by accident, washing the dishes, idly turning on Radio 4 to keep me company, stopping everything to listen. It was an unusual edition, about the political sound bite. The presenter was Chris Ledgard, with him were Philip Collins, a former speech writer for Tony Blair, Richard Toye, historian and McElvoy. They made the kind of informed, witty, candid conversation that makes perfect radio.
