Two Word Phrases |
so-so: Not too bad, not too good. OK. "How have you been lately?" "So-so."
easy-peasey: very easy. Normally children always say that. "This class is easy-peasey. I don't have to spend any time to do homework."
love-hate: two extreme feeling. "I have a love and hate relationship with my job."
on-off: inconstant. "For many years, we have a on-off relationship."
chit-chat: unimportant conversation. "Rose likes to chit-chat a lot."
mish-mash: Things combined together, however it's untidy. "The color of the wall looked a little mish-mash to me."
ship-shape: at right place. "At my mom's house, every room is ship-shape.
ding-dong: argument. "My little brother and my little sister had a lot ding-dong when they both wanted to watch TV."
